Heartland SecureCode
Heartland SecureCode is a text messaging program used by Heartland National Life Insurance Company ("Heartland") to facilitate secure electronic signature verification.
When an agent initiates the process, you will receive a one-time verification code by SMS, which you must read back to the agent to confirm your identity and authorize your electronic signature.
Messages may also include confirmations related to your e-signature transaction.
By providing your consent to your agent, you authorize Heartland to send you SMS messages for the purpose of completing secure electronic signature verification.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code.
After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Heartland SecureCode.
If you want to join again, simply provide your consent again and we will start sending SMS messages to you once more.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
